I watched the demo template on the phone, he looked (Cuando vi el patrón de demostración, se miró en el teléfono)…
When I bought the pro version, it began to look as (Cuando compré la versión Pro, se ha convertido en la plantilla se ve como en el teléfono)…
Formed on the right indent. How to fix it? (Formado en la sangría derecha. ¿Cómo solucionarlo?)19 October, 2015 at 13:47 #311
That only happens with very small devices and upright. With such small devices people usually have them horizontally. In this case the presentation is correct. In any case, perhaps in a forthcoming update is correct (the best solution would not show the credits when the screen width is so small). Thanks for the warning.

Yo no entendía.
You can hide the credits “Rubber Soul Pro by …”. To do this go to Appearance > Customize > RubberSoul Pro Options > Footer and check the “Hide WordPress theme and credits” option found in the bottom.

I’ll try to explain the pictures …20 October, 2015 at 10:28 #316
Thanks for sending screenshots. Now I know what you mean.
Install the latest version of RubberSoul Pro (2.4.1). If problems persist I will try to find that they are due. Your case is the first with this problem. Here are some sites where the theme is displayed correctly:

1. The site http://www.monsat.es same problem ….
2. Where to download version 2.4.1 ?? (When I bought me an e-mail came version 2.4.0)20 October, 2015 at 18:20 #323
Honestly, with any device I tested the theme is incorrectly displays (using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Below you have two screenshots of monsat.es (Chrome and Firefox) where the theme behaves correctly. Sorry, but in principle the problem is not in the theme. Have you tried with other smartphones?
The latest version of the theme can be downloaded from the top of the sidebar.20 October, 2015 at 19:20 #326

This deception is not working!
Here is a man who created a theme? Really can not solve the problem?22 October, 2015 at 13:50 #333
I think you’re missing the good manners. For now I’ll leave this topic and I will not worry until another user has the same problem. The problem is not the theme. Check the settings of your web site (server, plugins …).
I leave a screenshot and a link:22 October, 2015 at 14:19 #334
