I’ve noticed my site’s mobile theme isn’t centered anymore, with a big gray bar on the right side when I open the site on my cell phone. Is there a way to fix this?

To provide more detail, it appears that some pages of my site when viewed on a cell phone are full width, and others are not. It’s like the theme isn’t responding to make each page full-width on certain pages. And which pages are full width vs not full width appears to be random…

Can you link to a page?

Hi, sure. When I pull my main home page up on a cell phone, it appears un-centered with a vertical gray bar on the right hand side:
But then this page loads centered and normal on a cell phone:
Just wondering why they’re inconsistent. Also, when I load the free version of the theme, I don’t have this issue…14 October, 2017 at 06:21 #1014
Thanks for the link. Your site is displayed correctly with all the mobile devices I’ve used. Also with online tools as you can see in the following pictures. It may be a problem with your browser or server cache.14 October, 2017 at 11:52 #1019
Hi Juan, I tried clearing my browser’s cache, as well as tried using Safari on a different phone, as well as downloaded a different browser, Google Chrome, and I’m still seeing this:
It’s very confusing and I don’t think it’s a cache issue. I tried clearing mine several times. Also, the site displays normally on both phones when the free version of the theme is loaded…14 October, 2017 at 12:13 #1020
Here’s Google Chrome:16 October, 2017 at 08:28 #1022
Sorry, I can not help you, because on all test sites and devices I’ve tried the theme is displayed correctly. The only very similar case (with the RubberSoul theme) that has happened with another user was due to his server as you can see in this link. In any case, I will continue to try to know what may be happening.

OK, thanks for trying. I think I will probably revert back to the free version of the theme as the issue doesn’t occur when it is loaded instead of the Pro version. This is a little unfortunate as I really like the added functionality of the Pro version!
What is your refund policy in cases like these? Thanks,

Version 2.7.4 that solves the problem is now available. Please download it from the right sidebar.

Yes that has fixed the issue. Thanks so much! What ended up being the problem??

You are welcome!
The problem was that in some update of the theme, some CSS lines had been commented unconsciously. As the ruling that was provoked appeared in very few circumstances, it had gone unnoticed.
